Soft washing involves traditional pressure washing machinery, but the pressure is reduced. A specialized tip is then used to widen the area of spray to reduce the force. Targeted, eco-friendly chemical agents are added to the water stream to effectively remove dirt and organisms. Soft washing is safe and effective for cleaning stucco (EIFS), vinyl siding, cedar plank siding, painted exteriors, trim, wood, and much more. It will not damage the paint or mortar, nor will it etch surfaces.
